Submitting monitor tasks
Use this procedure to configure email reminders and escalations for Task Owners and Coordinators.
- Sign in as Item Lifecycle Administrator.
- Select Utilities > Monitor Tasks.
- Click Create.
- Select an Item Lifecycle Management Group.

Specify this information:
- Notice Type
- This is optional. If not selected, all types are included. The user can set up multiple jobs for different types if the notification requirements are different. Also, the user can send out reminders and escalations.
- Send Reminders To Task Owners
- Select this check box to send reminders to task owners.
- Send Escalations to Coordinators and Supervisors
- Select this check box to send escalation reminders to coordinators and supervisors.
- Number Of Hours Prior To Due Date And Time
- Optionally, specify a number of hours.
- Click OK to process this action now, or click Schedule to schedule this process to run later..
