Email and print output documents
Documents that were created through IDM templates can be distributed by print or
email. To enable these functions, each output document has a field located in different parts
of FSM that enables the print and email functionality.
In emailing, the IDM email template and email subject help you create dynamic email content. These are assigned to a specific output document.
In printing, output documents can be printed through email-enabled printers and IDM Enterprise Printers (IEP).
IDM Enterprise Printers only support PDF documents. For Word documents, download the file and print it from a local folder.
