Append to billing invoice

The Billing Invoice header attachments are appended to the IDM Billing Invoice document. These are the limitations for the output format:

• If the output format of the IDM Template is a Word Document, then only the attachments in .DOCX file format can be appended.
• If the output format of the IDM Template is PDF, then only the attachments in .DOCX and PDF file format can be appended.

Include as email attachment

The header attachments on the billing invoice are included as separate files with the IDM Billing Invoice document. If the total file size of the attachment exceeds 15 MB, then the attachments are converted to IDM links. IDM access is required to view or download the files.
