IDM printer

IDM output management supports two types of printers. With the email-enabled printer, you can print by emailing the document to the email address of the printer. The application administrator can directly create an IDM printer in FSM.

Another printer type is IDM Enterprise Print (IEP). This printing service is developed by IDM. The IEP service is managed by the IDM Administrator that can enable a location and register printers to it. Registering printers to IEP is a prerequisite to add IDM printers within FSM. Note: IDM Enterprise Printers only support PDF documents. For Word documents, download the file and print it from a local folder.
