Contract configuration

The terms and conditions attachment, also known as an exhibit, is appended to the end when these documents are generated:

  • Contract document
  • Contract redline document
  • Addendum document

For exhibits, only .DOCX attachments can be appended to an IDM document.

For IDM-enabled contracts, any file type can be uploaded to the terms and conditions attachment.

This table shows the menus that you can use to email these documents:

Menu Description
  • Email Contract
  • Email Contract To Supplier
To email the Contract Document, select the Include Latest Contract Document check box.

To email the Contract Redline Document, select the Include Latest Redline Document check box.

  • Email Addendum
  • Email Addendum To Supplier
To email the latest addendum document, select this menu.
