Contract configuration
The terms and conditions attachment, also known as an exhibit, is appended to the end when these documents are generated:
- Contract document
- Contract redline document
- Addendum document
For exhibits, only .DOCX attachments can be appended to an IDM document.
For IDM-enabled contracts, any file type can be uploaded to the terms and conditions attachment.

To email the Contract Document, select the To email the Contract Redline Document, select the check box. |
