Importing additional attributes to IDM
- Sign in as Application Administrator and select Shared Processes > IDM Configuration.
- Open or create a record.
- On the Additional Attributes tab, click Create.
- Complete the fields.
- Click Submit.
- In the Lines section, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Relation
- Select a relation. Each relation has a related business class and the type of relation. You must select a relation that has a One To One type of relation.
- Field
- Select a field. The available fields are based on the business class of the selected Relation.
- Attribute Name
- Specify an attribute name. The default is the selected Field.
- Click Save.
- Click Import To IDM.

Click OK.
When the import is complete, the status of the record and its lines are updated to Imported.
Note: To avoid errors during document generation, ensure that the status of the record is both Imported and Active.
