Copying revenue milestone splits

Revenue milestone splits can be copied to an existing milestone that has not been processed.

  1. Select Financials > Project Ledger > Setup > Project Setup.
  2. Select the Structure tab.
  3. Open a project structure and select the Hierarchy tab.
  4. Open a summary contract project and click Contract Information.
  5. Select the Project Funding tab and select a funding source.
  6. Select the Revenue Milestones tab.
  7. Select the milestone to copy and select Actions > Copy Revenue Distributions.
  8. Specify this information:
    To Milestone
    Select a revenue milestone to which to copy the split. Only milestones that do not have the status of Processed are displayed.
    Copy To All
    Select this check box to use the same revenue milestone split on all unprocessed records. If there is no split on a record, then a split is created.
    Replace Existing
    Select this check box to use the same revenue milestone split on all unprocessed records where splits already exist.
  9. Click Submit.
