Creating Close Management resources

To view items under the My Work area, the Close Resource must link their actor to their employee agent record.
  1. Select Financials > Shared Processes > Close Management > Setup > Resources > Resources.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Select an employee ID.
  4. On the Finance Resource Details tab, specify this information:
    Reference 1 and 2
    Specify up to two references.
    Title
    Provide a short description to identify the account in lists and to show on other pages.
    US Resident
    Select this check box if the resource is a US resident.
    Invoice Submitted For My Approval
    If you select this check box, then the resource receives email notifications for invoices that are submitted for their approval.
    Invoice Rejected
    If you select this check box, then the resource receives email notifications for invoices that are rejected.
  5. Click Save.
    Invoice Approval Assignments and Smart Reconciliation tabs are available.
