Effort schedules
Effort schedules are used to define certification periods for a project employee's effort certification for grant reporting. If you are using project assignments and labor distribution, then at least one effort schedule is required.
Labor is generally distributed on a schedule or reporting period that is aligned with the payroll period. Effort is certified for multiple payroll periods. Labor schedules can be defined as weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Effort schedules can be defined as quarterly or semi-annually. Effort schedules are assigned to each labor schedule.
