Copying a chart

You can use an existing chart hierarchy to create a new chart hierarchy and then make changes to the new chart.

  1. Select Financials > Global Ledger > Setup > Finance Enterprise Group > Maintenance.
  2. Open the finance enterprise group and click the Chart tab.
  3. Select a chart to copy.
  4. Select Actions > Copy Chart.
  5. Specify this information:
    New Chart, New Description
    Specify a chart name and description.
    Make New Chart Active
    Select this check box to activate the new chart.
  6. Click OK.
