Creating project funding projects relations

Use this procedure to relate a posting grant with one or more posting projects for reporting YTD expenditures and YTD payments for Federal Grants and SEFA.

On the Funding Source Project tab on the posting FD2, you can select and create posting projects that are funded by the grant. You can create lists or reports by FD2 and posting projects and include grant attributes on a single list or report for SEFA validation and worksheets.

  1. Select Funding Sources.
  2. Open a posting funding source and select the Funding Source Project tab.
  3. To add a single project, click Create.
    1. Select the project to relate to the funding source.
    2. Click Save.
  4. To add multiple projects, select the helper list.
    1. Select the projects to relate to the funding source.
    2. Click Include Funding Source Project.
    3. Click Close.
