Setting up sign-in page links for external entities

Use this procedure to define links that are displayed on the portal sign-in page for customer representatives. Preface the URL with https://.

  1. Sign in as an external entity administrator for Billing and Receivables Portal.
  2. Click the profile icon and select External Entity Management.
  3. On the external entity pane, select the pencil icon and click Settings.
  4. Provide the URLs for your organization's terms of use page, contact us page, and policy page.

    The link for the contact us page is also displayed on external entity emails.
