Creating attachments
Use this procedure to create a list of attachments to show on the Links and Attachments tab of the Billing and Receivables Portal.
To add attachments to a customer group, the Use Billing Receivables Portal check box must be selected for the customer group.
- Select .
- Open a customer group.
- On the Portal Attachments tab, click .
- Specify a description, whether to display the attachment for anonymous users, and the attachment.
- Click .
- Optionally, click to set the order of the attachments.
