Close Management resources setup
This table shows the required resources setup:
Task | Description |

Resources | A resource is an employee. An employee record must exist before resources can be created. |
Teams | Teams are used to group resources together and used in the solutions for ownership, approvals, and notifications. |
Resources can be loaded from employee records. A resource must be created as an employee before they can be created and used as resources in Close Management.
When employees are created, employee agents are created. These agents are linked to an actor by specifying the actor in the Login field or by manually linking the agent to the actor. Before performing these tasks, the Landmark security administrator must verify that the appropriate security roles are assigned to actors. Agents are assigned to actors after employees are created.
