Saving sample IDM, PDF, and .rtf templates

You can download sample templates to set up IDM, PDF, and .rtf templates. Sample templates and links are provided to download the template documents. The sample templates can be saved to a shared drive or local drive. The sample can be modified after it is saved. Note the file path when the sample has been saved to add it to a menu option and create a select list.

Select Financials > Project Ledger > Setup > Document Template Setup > Project Document Sample Templates.
For each sample template, links are provided to download the template documents. You can use the sample templates as a baseline to create your own template or use them as is. Open the template to use and save it to a shared drive or local drive.

Note: PDF formats have a limitation. To print more than two pages, you must add more pages to the PDF. The amount of pages to print cannot be dynamically calculated. This is not a limitation for .rtf or IDM.
