Configuring national account statement processing rules

Select a national account customer.

Click Statement.

In the National Account Statement Options section, specify this
information:
- Required
- Select this check box if the statements are
required for the customer.
- Cycle Code
- Select a cycle code.
- NA Summary
- Select this check box to print the national
account summary statement.

In the Open Item Statement Options section, specify this information:
- Zero Balance
- Select this check box if the statements are created for the
customers with zero balance.
- Past Due Only
- Select this check box if the statements are only created for past
due invoices.
- Over Credit Limit Only
- Select this check box if the statements are only created for the
customers with balances that exceed the credit limit.
- Credit Balance
- Select this check box to create statements for customers with a
credit balance.
