Setting up email for external entities
Users with the external entity administrator role can configure outgoing email. Configurable elements include the logo, originating email address, and subject.
The logo is displayed in these types of emails:
- Forgotten password initiated by the customer representative
- Self-registration verification code
- Locked account after unsuccessful attempts
Requirements for the image file:
- File types: PNG, JPG, JPEG
- Maximum file size: 2MB
The default for the Subject field can be set up for each type of email.
