Creating instructions
Use this procedure to create a list of instructions to show on the Instructions tab of the Billing and Receivables Portal.
To add instructions to a customer group, the Use Billing Receivables Portal check box must be selected for the customer group.
- Select .
- Open a customer group.
- On the Portal Instructions tab, click .
- Specify the instructions and whether to display the instructions for anonymous users.
- Click .
- Optionally, click to set the order of the instructions.
