Creating instructions

Use this procedure to create a list of instructions to show on the Instructions tab of the Billing and Receivables Portal.

To add instructions to a customer group, the Use Billing Receivables Portal check box must be selected for the customer group.

  1. Select Customer Group.
  2. Open a customer group.
  3. On the Portal Instructions tab, click Create.
  4. Specify the instructions and whether to display the instructions for anonymous users.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Optionally, click Update Display Order to set the order of the instructions.
