Price books

Price books can be used to list prices within a specific price base. You can attach general comments to that price book, or to a sales class or item within that price book. In the price book, you can include up to three different price lists that are associated with the price base that you define.

When you create a price book, you define the base price and up to three price lists from which to retrieve item prices. The prices from each price list are printed on the price book.

You can assign comments to a price book at the beginning of the price book, at the sales class level, or at the item level.
