Location-based pricing
Location-based pricing is used to define item prices at the company or location level. Using this pricing method, you can define a different price base for the same item at different inventory locations.
Each inventory location has a different price base name. When you change a price base for an item at one location, the change does not affect the price base at other locations.
Use this method when the company has many inventory locations. You can vary prices for an item based on the location from which it is shipped.
When you select this option during company setup, you must specify a location for each base price.
