Asset book types are
associated with class level assets. At least one book must be created during setup.
After books are specified, you can assign them to any depreciable asset.

Select a company record.

On the Class Depreciation Rates tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Book
- Select the Part 32 class level book to which class-level asset
transactions are written. The book must be defined as a class level
book and have a compute statement assigned.
- Asset Type
- Specify an asset type or subtype.
- Depreciation Rate
- For each type that represents an asset class, specify the rate that is assigned by the local Public Utility Commission (PUC).
