Reason codes

Reason codes are assigned to chargebacks, invoices, and invoice messages for tracking and analysis purposes. For example, a reason code can indicate why an invoice was charged back or why an invoice was processed for payment without a match. Another example is indicating that your company is non-profit and does not pay sales tax.
