Purging the audit log

Use this procedure to purge the Audit Log records that are associated with the anonymized file. This proess was created to handle GDPR.

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator and select Supply Management > Shared Processes > Audit Log Purge.
    Or sign in as Application Administrator and select Financials > Shared Processes > Audit Log Purge.
  2. Select a menu option to purge a data type. For example, Purge Audit Log Customer Data.
  3. Specify the parameters for the audit log data to purge.
  4. Click OK.
