Creating new versions for billing rate tables

A new rate can be applied to a table with specified effective date. A new table with the same name but another effective date can be added and rates can be increased simultaneously.

  1. Select Financials > Project Ledger > Setup > Project Setup.
  2. Click the Billing Rate Tables tab.
  3. Open the billing rate table to which to apply the new version.
  4. Select Actions > Create New Version.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the date for the new version. The new version table is for Transactions with this date.
    Multiplier
    Specify the number to increase or decrease the rates on the new table. To increase the rates, specify a number that is greater than 1. To decrease the rates, specify a number that is less than 1.
  6. Click Submit.
