Enables including the PO Release number in value sent in BEG03

Usage
Use this data substitution record to include PO Release in the Purchase Order value that is sent in BIG03. This will make the value consistent with orders that may have been printed, emailed, or faxed.
The PO Number is sent in the third element of a BIG segment (BIG03). If using PO Codes, the BIG03 value contains the PO Number hyphen PO Code. 12345-JIT. When printing, faxing, or emailing POs, the output can also include PO Code and a release number in the format of 12345-0-JIT or 12345-2-JIT for release 2 of the same PO. If there are no PO Codes, the BIG03 value will contain the PO Number hyphen release number. 12345-0.
If you enable this and will be receiving inbound transactions in response to the 850, a corresponding inbound INCLUDE_PO_RELEASE record is required.
