Using N1BT for cross reference

When you use the data substitution <tpid>_I_810_USE_N1BT, N1BT becomes the default segment instead of N1ST for cross-referencing company and vendor. If you are using the GHX mapping, then this data substitution record can be used to enable the use of the fourth element of an N1BT segment for cross-reference value.
