Scheduling for specific times

Use this procedure to create separate jobs to run at specific times. Use this to align the EDIDataExchange processes with your business processes. For example, you can schedule the database to retrieve new EDI data files at 6 AM 10 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM.

  1. Click the Schedule button.
  2. Specify this information:
    Schedule Type
    Select By Day
    Week Day
    You can select specific days of the week, Monday Thru Friday, or Every Day.
  3. In the Year And Specific Time section, specify the specific time to run the job.
  4. Click OK.
