Enables including an AMT segment with the PO total amount.

Usage
Use to send an AMT segment with the PO total amount if a partner requires one. Functionality is added in response to Amazon Business 850 requirements.
Used to include the total purchase order amount in an 850. When enabled, a trailing AMT segment is included in the 850 with the Purchase Order total amount.
