Using GS1 identifiers in EDI Transactions

The GS1 identifiers are currently supported in these ASC X12 transaction sets: 850 Purchase Order, 856 Advanced Ship Notice, and 810 Invoice.

The primary use of GLNs is for ship to locations. In addition to ship to locations, Infor EDI supports GLNs for company (bill to), vendor, and vendor location (purchase from), and remit to location.
