Enabling contextual widgets

Your account must have administrative access to view and configure Admin Settings. See the Infor OS Portal Administration Guide.

  1. Select Account Options > Admin Settings > Manage Context / Utility Widgets.
  2. View the list of available contextual and utility widgets.
  3. To view more options, select a contextual widget to be enabled. For example, select Requisition to Invoice Payment.
  4. On the Context/Utility Widget Details page, click the Permissions tab and select the option to which the contextual widget is enabled for use. You can select one of these options:
    • Add New Users and/or IFS Security Roles: Select this option to enable the contextual widget for added users only or roles.
    • Grant access to all users: Select this option to enable the contextual widget for all users.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Check if the enabled contextual widget is available in the widget panel.
