Comparing contract costs

  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Open a Contract Interface record and select Actions > Compare Contract Cost.
  3. Specify this information:
    Compare Contract
    Select a contract from which to compare.
    Compare Previous Cost
    Select this check box to create records that show the previous and current cost.
    Date Range For Quantity Ordered Calculation
    Select a date range to use for the quantity ordered calculation.
    Create Record For Lines With No Cost Difference
    Select this check box to create records for lines that have no cost difference.
    Create Record For Lines With No Ordered Quantity
    For Compare Contract, you can select this check box to create records for lines that have no ordered quantity.
  4. Click Submit.
