Creating contract evaluation
You can evaluate contracts, create multiple evaluation templates, and have multiple criteria within an evaluation template. You can also create an email and send to the performance evaluators.
- Click the Contracts tab.
- Create a contract by specifying a value in the Contract Classification or Sub-classification field with an active and current performance evaluation template assigned to it.

Click the Contacts tab.
Ensure that an email is defined for the contract contact employee.
- In the Performance Evaluator field, select Yes.
- Click the Purchase Type tab, and verify that the Supplier Can View Evaluation check box is selected.
- Click Release to activate contract.
- Click the ellipsis icon, and then select Create Evaluation.
- Provide a description, and click Submit.
- Click Next to display the evaluation categories and category criteria to the evaluator.

Complete grading the criteria for all categories:
- Select the Evaluation category.
- Select the rating in the Description field.
- Provide your comments in the Comments field.
- To display the comment to the supplier, select the Display Comments To Supplier check box.
- To display the attachment to the supplier, select the Display Attachment To Supplier check box.
- Click Next.
- Repeat steps a to f for the for the remaining categories.
- Click Complete Evaluation to see Amend Evaluation and View Evaluation.
- Click the link on the email received by the Supplier Contact to view Supplier Portal menu. Then, sign in.
- Click the Evaluations quick link.
- View the completed evaluation to show that the Supplier can see the comment and attachment.
- Click the Contract tab.
- Click the down arrow, and select Evaluations to view details.
