Updating rebate due dates
- Select Manage Contracts.
- Select a contract.
- Click the Rebates tab.
- Select a rebate.
- On the Rebate Due Dates tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Reporting Due Date
- Select the date through which rebate information is gathered.
- Payment Expected Date
- Select the expected payment date.
- Status
- Select the status of the rebate.
- Base of Purchases
- Specify the base purchase amount.
- Current Purchases
- Specify the amount of current purchases.
The updated rebate due dates are displayed on the Contract Rebate Due Dates form. For example, if you apply the rebate on a quarterly basis, a due date record is created in the first Due Date column. Additional due dates are shown at three-month intervals from the first rebate due date.
The rebate due date cannot be greater than the contract expiration date.
- Click Save.
