Adding contacts to contracts

Use this procedure to define a list of people you commonly work with when creating a contract. You have the option of creating an ad hoc contact person or you can create a contact from an existing employee record.
  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Select a contract.
  3. On the Contacts tab, click Create > Create Ad Hoc Contact or click Create > Create Contact From Employee .
  4. Specify the contact details.
  5. Click Save.
