Associating a contract with a GPO

There is a one to one association between GPO Contract and Contract Interface record.
  1. Select Contract Interface.
  2. Open a contract.
  3. Specify this information:
    GPO Negotiated
    When this field is selected, the contract will show on the GPO menu. When a Contract Interface record is created from GPO data, the GPO Negotiated check box is automatically selected.
    GPO Supplier
    Specify a GPO Supplier for a contract to be displayed on the GPO menus. The GPO Supplier selected here is the default value when you set up a contract group.
  4. Click Save.
