Setting reminders

You can set a reminder for yourself for a period, process, subprocess, or task from several places within the application. Reminders are displayed in the To Do list in your home page.

  1. Sign in as Close Administrator and select Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. Select any of these tabs:
    • View Schedule
    • Open Schedules
    • Past Schedules
  3. Right-click a period, process, subprocess, or task and select Reminder.
  4. Specify the fields in Add An Attachment Or URL to add an attachment or URL to the work request.
  5. Click OK.
