Reopening tasks

  1. Sign in as Close Administrator and select Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. Click the View Schedule tab.
  3. Select the open period in the top panel and select the corresponding task in the bottom panel.
  4. Right-click the task and click Reopen.
  5. If a reason code is required for reopening a task, then select a reason code. Optionally, add comments.
  6. Click OK.
