Voiding tasks
You can void a task for an open period if it is no longer required for that period. A task can be voided when it is in either a scheduled or an in process status. A voided task is visible for the period. A task that is voided in error can be reopened.
- Sign in as Close Administrator and select .
- Click the View Schedule tab.
- Select the open period and select the corresponding scheduled task.
- Right-click the task and click .
- If a reason code is required for voiding a task, then select a reason code. Optionally, add comments.
- Click .
