Viewing imported bank statements

Use this procedure to view bank statements. Bank statements can be manually created or imported. You can also view the accounts that are missing statements.

  1. Select Incoming Bank Statements.
  2. Open a calendar date to view a statement.
  3. The Incoming Bank Statement For <Date> page is displayed. These field values are displayed for the selected date.
    Expected Statements
    The expected number of bank statements for the date.
    Completed Statements
    The number of successfully imported bank statements for the date.
    Percent Completed
    The percentage of bank statements that are completely imported for the date.
  4. To view all statements regardless of status, select the All Bank Statements tab.
  5. To view all missing bank statements for a specified date, select the Missing Statements tab.
  6. Click a View Bank Statement link on a statement line to view the statement details.
