Requesting customer access
Use this procedure to request customer access in Billing and Receivables Portal versions that are released June 2022 or later. Infor Federation Services (IFS) External Entity Management is used for the registration, authentication, and authorization of customer representatives. This procedure is for new tenants and existing tenants that were migrated to use IFS External Entity Management. Note: If you were partially registered by another person, then you are not
required to perform this procedure. The company sends you an email with a link to
complete your registration. A password is provided and if applicable, a verification
code.
