Authorization failure

You can only remove this hold code on the Release Orders on Hold page.

You cannot use Item Entry to remove the code. If an authorization fails, then the order is automatically placed in Authorization Failed hold and the order remains unreleased. You cannot continue to process the customer order with the current EP information.
