Master recurring invoice
A master recurring invoice is a template for a specific set of services, such as
leasing payments.
You create the master recurring invoices first and then decide how often a customer is billed for the service and how to control the number of recurring invoices.
Both the bill date and the invoice date are printed on the recurring invoice. You have two options to control the number of invoices created for this service:
- Select a start and stop date range. To use this option, you select the frequency, the start date, and the stop date.
- Select the start and stop date and a total number of recurring invoices (up to 999). To use this option, you select the frequency, the start date, and the number of invoices.
After you set up the master recurring invoice and decide which option to use to control the number of invoices, you can assign items and add-on charges to the master recurring invoice.
