Deleting project asset interface records

An asset interface record can be deleted before the asset is created. Deleted records will move from the Asset Interface Records tab back to the Uncapitalized Transactions tab.

  1. Select Conversion And Interfaces > Project Interface Control.
  2. Open the project interface control record and click the Asset Interface Records tab.
  3. Select a record to delete and select Actions > Project Interface Delete.
  4. Specify this information:
    Posting Date
    Specify the posting date for the deleted record.
  5. Click Submit then click OK to confirm.
