Releasing created project assets

The asset is created in an unreleased status. The asset cannot be deleted at this point. The asset must be released. If adjustments are needed or the asset needs to be deleted adjustments or disposal can be done after release. After the project asset is released it is displayed under the Project Assets menu under the Assets tab in Projects for the posting project.

  1. Select Manage Assets.
  2. Click the Unreleased tab.
  3. Select the asset to release and select Actions > Release.
