Web extension toggle icons

The web extension icon functionality is applicable only in these Core Financial Reports:

• Comparative Financial Statement
• Consolidated Financial Statement
• Income Statement Budget vs. Actual
• Summary Trial Balance
• Statement of Capital Expenditures

This functionality is visible in Zero Suppression and Scaling settings. An icon appeara at the top of the report grid, aligned with the navigation toolbars, and displays by default upon access. The icons are visible when any of these conditions are met:

• The suppression setting is Suppress Empty or Suppress Zero & Empty
• Zero Suppress Columns are enabled
• Scaling is set to 1,000 Scaling or 1,000,000 Scaling

Note that the selected scaling must match the data toolbar and icon setting.

If the selected options are No Suppression and No Scaling, the icons are hidden.
