The items on the BI toolbar depend on the report. This table shows the standard buttons:

Select a report from either the Global Ledger reports list or the Project reports list.

Select Different Reporting Basis: Change the reporting basis on report.

Scaling Scale the values in a report to whole numbers, thousands, hundred thousands, or millions
Save as Favorite Report
Favorite
Save the report as a favorite.
Filter
Filter button
Modify the value of the dimensions that are used to calculate the report values.
Suppress Zeros
Suppress Zeros
Click the button and select an option:
  • Zero Suppression on Rows: Hide rows if every column is zero. Zero suppression is enabled when selected.
  • Zero Suppression on Columns: Hide column if every row is zero. Zero suppression is enabled when selected.
  • Zero Suppression on Rows and Columns: Hide both rows and columns when zero.
Other Options
View Favorites
Display Order
  • Highest Expense: Sort the projects from highest expense to lowest.
  • Project Order: Projects are displayed in their original order.

Active

  • Active Projects: Filter the projects to active projects only.
  • All Projects: Filter the projects to all projects.

  • View Favorites: Open a menu of saved favorites

  • Select Chart to Display: Select a different chart hierarchy for the report
  •  Display Account Attribute Description: Change the display to the account description
  • Display Account Attribute ID: Change the display to account ID
Refresh
Refresh
Refresh the report to its original state.
