Important information about EPM Platform reports

The reports are accessed the first time using the Financial Reporting dashboard. This sets the variables in the report with the correct elements. You can open the reports directly after the first time or continue to access them from FINANCIALS HOME or the Financial Reporting dashboard.

Calendar has three types of hierarchies: Standard Calendar, Year-to-Date Calendar, and Life-to- Date Calendar. Selecting the hierarchy to use on a report is located on the Financial Reporting dashboard or Default Selections in FINANCIALS HOME.

To include beginning balances in the balance sheet accounts, select the YTD_Hierarchy.

If you are looking at project data and intend to include all the amounts since the project began, select the LTD_hierarchy.
