Adding report selection criteria

You can add selection criteria to limit the content of a report. The selection criteria affects the entire report.

  1. Select My Reports > Report Designer.
  2. On the Reports tab, open a report record.
  3. On the Report Selection tab, click Create Selection.
  4. Select a Dimension.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Add Dimension Filter.
  7. If the dimension is GeneralLedgerTotal.GeneralLedgerChartAccount, additional filters can be selected.
  8. Select a filter value. For some dimensions, you must select a structure and an element within the structure.
  9. Click Submit.
