Distributing reports

See the Landmark Administration Guide to create a report distribution group. Power users and view-only users can distribute reports.

  1. Select Report Designer.
  2. On the Report Grouping tab, you can select one or more report or report group to distribute.
    • In the Report Groups section, select the check box for one or more report groups and click Run Report.

      The associated reports are included in the distribution.

    • In the Associated Reports list, select the check box to distribute individual reports from a report group and click Run Report.

      The selected associated reports are included in the distribution.

    The reports are available in the recipients notifications and print files.

  3. If the report is not distributed because of security access issues with the dimension parameter, that information is available in the Report Designer Log.
