Accessing the overview

Each section of the dashboard provides an overview of a selected report.

  1. Select My Reports > Report Designer.
  2. On the Overview tab, select a report.

    This table shows descriptions of the sections on the dashboard:

    Section Description
    Report Summary The report shows report ID, title, description, replication refresh date, report created, updated by, names of row and column, status, date and time. You can add or remove a report from favorites.
    Associated Groups View all reports that are associated with a specific report grouping for this user.
    Row Dimension Detail View the rows. Double-click a row to view the details.
    Column Dimension View the columns. Double-click a column to view the details.
    Report Selection View the selection criteria for the report.
    Report Parameters View the output parameters by report users when the report is run.
    Composite Subreports View all active subreports after a composite is created.
  3. Select the filter for My Favorites.

    Select Yes to view all of your favorite reports.
